Hosting
When you visit the site, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) is processed in server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (stable operation).
Enquiry form
If you use the form, we process name, email, optional phone, country, package interest and message in order to reply and arrange a conversation. You receive a confirmation at the email address you provide. The enquiry is sent to our mailbox and to an internal notification address (Google). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Details are not passed on for advertising.
WhatsApp, email, Teams
If you write via one of these channels, the privacy notices of those providers also apply. Use the channel that suits you.
Cookies
We store the language choice in a cookie (seitenio_lang) and a session for sending the form (CSRF protection). This is technically necessary.
Fonts
We load Google Fonts to display typefaces. This connects to Google servers (USA); your IP address may be transmitted. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (consistent appearance of the site).
Transfers to third countries
The provider is established in Kosovo. If you contact us or use the enquiry form, personal data may be processed in Kosovo — outside the EU/EEA. An internal notification may also use Google Mail (USA). There is no European Commission adequacy decision for Kosovo. The transfer takes place where it is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you (Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR).
